 Customers have the ability to schedule shipments, setup tracking notifications that update personnel within their organization and even contacts outside, and receive real time shipment notifications/events.


Along with the system providing real-time updates, 440 team monitors ALL shipments and notifies corresponding personnel in the event of an issue/delay. Unfortunately, situations like this are inevitable and the reason why we focus on being proactive to provide immediate resolution and mitigate potential impact.
